First the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and now "4" Grammy nominations!! What's next?? It seems like everyone I've worked with ends up winning awards or at least being nominated. That reminds me.....I made a bet with Jon Secada that he would get nominated for best new artist, and he hasn't paid me yet. You would think that he's made $50 by now [just kidding Jon].

Whats happening with me? Well, finally Sheena is airing on February 24th and the name of the episode is Sanctuary. You have to check out the Sheena website to find out the time and station it will air where you are. I mention this because it's a syndicated show and each station has control over their own schedule.

Once again, that's SANCTUARY!!

I totally miss my buds from the Steely Dan Y2K band but I'm hoping we will all hook up again soon. Maybe for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame...or another tour. Trust me, this is no inside scoop.....just wishful thinking.

In the meantime, I'm trying to stay busy. To that end, I'll be performing with the Sunnie Paxson Band at the Winter Park Art Festival on Friday, March 16th. I'm singing some jazz, blues, and acid-jazz. We come on at 6, just after guitarist Cristian Valenzuela and right before Steely Dan alum--Larry Carlton.
